আমরা Walfar.com.bd-এ সব জেনুইন পণ্য অফার করছি। অনেক পণ্য ব্র্যান্ড ওয়ারেন্টি সহ আসে এবং কিছু আসে না। কোনো নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যের জন্য কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি থাকলে, সেটি ওয়েবসাইটে বা চালানে স্পষ্টভাবে লিখতে হবে অথবা বিভিন্ন সময়ের জন্য আলাদা ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড থাকতে পারে। অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন যে একটি প্রতিস্থাপন ওয়্যারেন্টি শুধুমাত্র একটি নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যের জন্য একবার উপলব্ধ হবে এবং সেই সময়ের মধ্যে যদি পণ্যটি দ্বিতীয় ঘটনা থেকে একই বা অন্যান্য সমস্যাগুলি পেয়ে থাকে তবে এটি একটি পরিষেবা ওয়ারেন্টি হিসাবে কভার করবে। একটি সহজ উপায়ে – প্রতিস্থাপন ওয়্যারেন্টি শুধুমাত্র একবারে বৈধ। আমরা এটি একাধিকবার প্রতিস্থাপন করতে অক্ষম।

Replacement Warranty Policy

We are offering all genuine products at Walfar.com.bd. Many products come with a brand warranty and some do not. If there is a warranty for a particular product, it should be clearly stated on the website or invoice or there may be separate warranty cards for different periods. Please note that a replacement warranty will only be available once for a particular product and will cover it as a service warranty if the product develops the same or other problems from a second occurrence during that period. In a simple way – the replacement warranty is only valid once. We are unable to replace it more than once.

Here are simple and easy ways to get a replacement, if there is a problem like:

• Manufacturing fault
• OS-related errors but not for any apps
• If there is no power due to a device problem (no warranty for any accessories. e.g., remote, keyboard, lights, batteries, etc.)
• If the product restarts or is not running at 60% of its capacity

In general, if a product is sold with a replacement warranty, this means you will receive a new product after inspection and if it qualifies. There are many reasons it may be rejected or not eligible for replacement. Here are a few factors for your kind reference:

• If there is any physical damage
• If there is any burn or similar problem
• If the product does not come with original software or has a warranty void sticker
• If the product is used abnormally or in an environment for which it is not intended

If there is an environment where we do not have enough product for a quick replacement, it may take a little longer to get the product as a replacement. If we do not receive the product and have no chance of receiving it in the near future, we may offer a service warranty instead.
